What is the difference between the Academic and General Modules?
The IELTS Academic Module is for students who want to join a university where the medium of instruction is English. The IELTS General Module is for immigration purposes.
What is the minimum IELTS band score required by the universities?
The majority of universities require a minimum score of 6.5. However, some universities may ask for a score of more than 6.5. Only a few universities accept a band score of 6.
